앱 오류, 구매·복원 문제, 이용 방법, 의견 및 개인정보 관련 요청을 이메일로 보내주세요. 어린이는 보호자와 함께 문의해주세요. 앱 버전, 기기 모델, OS 버전, 발생 상황과 오류 문구를 알려주세요. 비밀번호, 인증 코드, 카드번호, 어린이 실명·생년월일·학교명은 보내지 마세요. 첨부파일은 문제 확인에 필요한 부분만 보내주세요.
Apple 버전은 광고 없이 1–20번 원소를 무료로 탐험할 수 있습니다. 전체판은 구독이 아닌 일회성 구매입니다. 구매 후에도 21–118번 원소는 XP 성장에 따라 순차적으로 열립니다. 구매만으로 XP나 씨앗이 지급되지는 않습니다. 실제 가격은 Apple 구매 화면에서 확인하세요.
구매한 전체판이 표시되지 않으면 구매에 사용한 Apple 계정인지 확인하고 인터넷 연결 후 보호자 설정 → 구매 복원을 선택하세요. 보호자 승인 대기 중인 구매는 승인·완료 전까지 전체판을 열지 않습니다. 문제가 계속되면 앱을 삭제하지 말고 문의해주세요. 학습 백업 복원과 구매 복원은 서로 다른 기능입니다.
보호자 설정에서 진행 기록을 백업 파일로 내보내고 불러올 수 있습니다. 불러오기는 현재 기록을 대체하므로 먼저 백업하세요. 기존 아토리움에서 이전하는 경우 XP, 씨앗, 수집, 마을 배치가 복원됐는지 확인하기 전에는 이전 앱을 삭제하지 마세요. 학습 백업에는 구매 권한이 들어 있지 않습니다.
학습 기록은 기기에 저장됩니다. iPhone·iPad의 ‘앱 삭제’는 기기 내 앱 데이터를 지우지만 ‘앱 정리하기’는 문서와 데이터를 보존합니다. 내보낸 파일과 OS·클라우드 백업은 별도로 관리해야 합니다. 문의 정보의 열람·삭제 요청은 위 이메일로 보내주세요. Apple 구매 기록은 앱 삭제로 지워지지 않습니다.

Email us about app issues, purchases and restoration, how to use the app, feedback, or privacy requests. Children should ask a parent or guardian to help. Include the app version, device model, OS version, what happened, and any error message. Do not send passwords, verification codes, card details, or a child’s full name, birth date, or school. Attach only information needed to investigate the issue.
The Apple version offers elements 1–20 free without ads. The full version is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Elements 21–118 unlock progressively with XP; purchasing does not grant XP or seeds. Check the Apple purchase screen for the current price.
If a purchase is missing, check that you are using the Apple Account used for the purchase, connect to the internet, and select Restore Purchases in parent settings. A purchase awaiting parental approval does not unlock the full version until completed. If the problem persists, contact us before deleting the app. Restoring learning progress does not restore purchase entitlement.
Export and import progress through parent settings. Import replaces current progress, so export a backup first. Existing Atorium users should verify XP, seeds, collections, and village layout after importing before removing the old app. Progress backups do not include purchase entitlement.
Progress is stored on your device. On iPhone or iPad, Delete App removes the app’s on-device data; Offload App keeps documents and data. Manage exported files and operating-system or cloud backups separately. Email us to request access to or deletion of inquiry information we hold. Apple manages purchase records, which are not erased by deleting the app.
